Before you start

What CUEGEO checks, how the score works, and what generative-engine optimization looks for.

What is GEO Checker, and how do I use it?

Enter a URL above and click Start check. CUEGEO reads the public HTML and robots.txt, then returns an AI-readability review, technical signals, and a six-dimension GEO score. No sign-up.

What is the score based on?

The score comes from rule templates on the public page, not from an AI model. The six dimensions are AI understanding, content freshness, citation authority, competitive positioning, answer-first content, and technical optimization.

Which search and AI platforms does it check?

The check does not log in to ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity to read live answers. It checks whether robots.txt allows 14 GEO crawlers, including GPTBot, Google-Extended, PerplexityBot, and ClaudeBot, and whether structured data and citable content on the page meet the bar.

How is GEO different from traditional SEO?

SEO mainly competes for search rankings. GEO focuses on whether generative engines can understand, excerpt, and cite the brand and its content. This report scores the brand site’s technical signals for AI: whether the GEO structure is in place, and whether AI can see the site.

Where GEO Checker comes from

GEO Checker is a site check from CUEGEO, a Taiwan GEO provider. A brand’s website is the main evidence AI can see, and an important window for being indexed by AI. GEO Checker quickly scores those technical signals and gives recommendations.

Why do llms.txt and Schema matter?

llms.txt tells models about the brand, the products, and what they may cite. Schema, such as JSON-LD, makes it easier for machines to recognize the organization, articles, and Q&A. Both are public signals this check looks at.
